Emma is a Design Associate and a fourth year design student at the University of Florida. She is working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and has an interest in furniture design and restoration. Emma joined our team in February 2019.
Emma was raised in West Palm Beach, Florida and spent her whole life there until marrying her high school sweetheart and moved to Guam. She spent three years living overseas with her husband during his service in the US Navy. While living there they adopted their fur baby (dog), Lani. Emma also started a custom woodworking business, selling custom built furniture and décor while living there. After the three years living in Guam, they moved to Gainesville to finish their college education at the University of Florida.
Emma loves spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, and woodworking. She describes her design style as mid-century modern, rustic, and industrial with influences from biophilic design. After graduating from the Interior Design program in Spring of 2020, Emma plans to spend a couple years in Gainesville before moving back to West Palm Beach to work in a small sized Interior Design firm.
