EmmA Pugh

Emma is the current Social Media and Marketing Intern at SCD, having joined the team in May 2026. Currently, she is a rising Junior student at the University of Florida studying Family, Youth and Community Sciences. She also holds minors in International Development and Humanitarian Assistance, Public Relations, and Nonprofit Organizational Leadership. Emma enjoys working with people, and this has led her to the path she is on today.

Emma has always enjoyed taking photos, working with graphics, and focusing on aesthetics. Outside of her studies she has worked on many different organization’s social media platforms; she loves to create! Emma has joined the SCD team hoping to develop her professional marketing and creative skills, while doing what she loves.

Outside of school and work, Emma enjoys going outside into Florida’s nature, crafting, exploring new shops, and going on walks with friends! Her hometown is Jacksonville Beach, FL.
